Weir at Cemlyn

This weir regulates the height of the water in the fresh water lake, behind the shingle bank at Cemlyn. It helps to regulate the water around the tern nesting site. The large wall is the house Bryn Arber.

From Tyddyn Sydney to Bryn Aber, Cemlyn

A grey calm morning. But away from scurrying diggers, tipper trucks, cranes, drilling rigs, street cleaning vehicles and flashing lights of the survey area next to Wylfa. Walking from Tyddyn Sydney to Bryn Aber along the Cemlyn shingle bank.
