The hard surfaces for vehicles continue to be put in. The locked gates are to prevent unauthorised wheeled vehicules. The footpath, kissing gates, next to the field gates remain open, but a new surface and taped segregation has been put in place to safely separate walkers on the Anglesey Coastal Footpath from the site vehicles now using the area. The few vehicles using the tracks only travel at 10mph and thee is good visibility. No longer a country walk though.
Visual descriptions of the area around Wylfa, Anglesey, soon to be the site of Wylfa Newydd. What does this area look like now? Watch the changes as they happened. How will this area be changed by the new construction works? Will I still be in the area to see it all happen? The answer is now, no. House sold on 27th January 2016. How might this blog be continued? If you start a new one on Wylfa WalkerNewydd? please let me know and link to this one.

Laying More Trackways
More trackways being created to prevent vehicles from getting bogged down.
Hard core being created by crushing the stone from the buildings demolished last year. A form of local recycling. The area being worked today leads to the beach next to Cestyll Gardens where the proposed breakwater is to be constructed.
