The colony of terns at Cemlyn all arrived and ready for nesting. Over 1,000 sandwich terns with common terns and arctic terns.

Explanatory Signs for Wylfa Survey Area

News signs have been put up to explain all the work that is going on, who is doing it and what it is all for. Excellent, thank you very much. Each is located on the public footpath where it enters the survey area. These will help and inform the visitors who are walking the coastal footpath. Locals I used to meet on the footpaths seem to be staying away though as they don't want to get in the way or think it is now too noisy for a country walk, with all the drilling rigs, diesel compressors and vehicles.

Another Short Diversion

A second short section of the Anglesey Coastal Footpath is being diverted this week to keep construction vehicles away from the footpath walkers.
