Two more sets of consultation meetings this week.

TPG WIND are holding a public exhibition on 17 June at Llanfechell School Community Centre on Tuesday 17 June 6.30pm to 8.30pm. THis is about the Rhyd-yGroes Wind farm where TPG WIND ( joint venture between E.ON and Eurus Energu UK Ltd plan "to repower the wind farm to make use of more efficient and economic turbines". The plans will reduce the number of turbines from 24 to 13 whilst also increasing the possible power output from 7.2MW to 11.7MW. There will be a Community Benefit Fund contributing about £46,000 per year - £4,000 per MW of installed capacity (the figure quoted is for 13 turbines - funds would reduce if fewer turbines were erected).
