Decommissioning Health and Safety Reports

Links to Health and Safety Reports about decommissioning of Wylfa.
Just found this link.
I'm amused by the disconnect that goes on between the decommissioning of the present (old) power station and the construction of the new one.
For instance, the statements about the setting of Castell Gardens. After decommissioning it is said that the setting of the gardens will be improved.

It obviously is not part of this report to consider how the setting will change with the construction of a new station between the gardens and the old station!

Sellafield Clean Up Costs Soar

Costs of the clean up at Sellafield have soared. To £67.5 billion.
The Public Accounts Committee's report said deadlines to clean the Cumbria site had been missed, leaving crucial decommissioning projects over budget.
Meanwhile here at Wylfa new flags fly over the centre. More demolition is being carried out at surrounding buildings. Planning applications have been made to adapt derelict farm out buildings for bat roosts and owl roosting sites. And men in hig viz jackets have been walking over surrounding fields and roads.

New flags fly over Wylfa.
